Wish list

Below is a list of items* that we always need for the kitties:

  • Paper towels
  • Gift cards from PetSmart, Target and Walmart
  • Chicken flavored (yellow bag) Temptations Treats
  • Trash bags & large zip lock baggies
  • Disinfectant Spray cleaner (such as Clorox)
  • Clorox Bleach
  • Furry blankies
  • Cat toys
  • Cat food (for the adoptable kitties in the Kitty Lodge, and also for the feral colonies that Terry cares for)
  • Litter (we can use any brand you give us, but prefer Arm & Hammer scoopable because it clumps well and is less dusty than some of the other brands, and so this cuts down on the litter dust in the kitties’ rooms)
  • Towels
  • Bird seed for the bird feeders outside of the kitties’ windows :-)
  • Revolution and Advantage Multi for cats
  • We can also use cat carriers and humane traps that are in good shape (don’t want any escapees!)

If you have any items you would like to donate to F.U.R.R you can contact Terry to make drop off arrangements, and Terry & some of the kitties are usually at the Petsmart in the Blakeney Shopping Center on Saturday so you can meet Terry there (contact Terry to make sure she’ll be there on a specific day).

Hi, My name is Joani and I also do cat rescue out of my home. no 501c or anything…just me. Abandoned, strays, and ferals. I got your website from a cat rescue friend of mine. I wanted to give you
my phone number and let you know about some material that they throw out at my work
that is great for feral cat houses. We have scap pieces of 1.5 inch white foam board insualtion. The pieces are plenty bid for cat houses.
Just like what ice chest or cooler is made out of. I have used them to insulate cat houses and it works perfect. We have plenty and I have offered it to several rescue groups & individuals. It is a great way to make a very warm cat shelter for almost no cost. We also have plenty of rubber waterproofing material. Sort of like a rubber blanket i guess. 🙂 It can be used to waterproof a shelter for ferals, etc. Free as well. Anyway, my email is jbsunny118@yahoo.com if you would like more info. Hopefully it can help! Thank you! Joani
